3. Course Access & Usage

After successful enrollment, students may receive access to one or more of the following:

• Recorded video lectures
• Digital study materials
• Test series and assessments
• Online live classes

Access is strictly provided for personal learning purposes only.

Students are not permitted to:

• Share login credentials
• Distribute study materials
• Record live classes
• Upload institute materials to public platforms
• Sell, reproduce, or commercially exploit institute content

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Study Materials

Springline Institute provides printed books, digital PDFs, online resources, practice questions, and test series. All materials are copyright-protected intellectual property of Springline Institute.

Students are prohibited from:

any part of the materials without written permission. Violations may result in appropriate action, including termination of access and legal remedies as applicable.

5. Online Classes

Live classes may be conducted through platforms such as Zoom, learning portals, or other digital platforms. Students must ensure stable internet access and participate respectfully.

The institute is not responsible for technical issues from the student’s side. Class schedules may be updated or modified as necessary for academic reasons.

6. Tests and Assessments

Springline Institute may conduct mock tests, practice exams, evaluation tests, and online assessments. Test schedules, formats, evaluation methods, and result publishing timelines are determined by the institute. The institute reserves the right to modify or update test schedules if required.

7. Payments

Payments may be accepted through UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other authorized methods. Students must ensure that payment details are accurate. Payment confirmation may be required before access to services is granted.

8. Refund Policy

Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may only be considered under limited circumstances including duplicate payment, technical payment error, or verified exceptional cases.

Refund requests must be submitted through the official Refund Request & Declaration Form.

If refund is approved, the following deductions may apply:

• GST / statutory taxes
• Payment gateway / transaction charges
• Administrative charges
• Material usage charges
• Service costs (where applicable)

Refund processing time is typically 3–7 working days. Refunds will be made only to the verified payment method or bank account provided by the student. Once refund is processed, access to all institute services will be terminated.

9. Service Changes

Springline Institute reserves the right to modify course structure, update study materials, change class schedules, improve content, and update policies for academic and operational needs. Such changes may occur without prior notice.

10. Student Responsibilities

Any misuse of services may result in suspension or termination of access.

11. Limitation of Liability
